You can take your own photographs of the documents you view in the record office search room. You can purchase a daily or an annual licence, entitling you to photograph documents for this period. An annual licence may also be purchased for use by groups. See our photography service for more information.
Copying and Research service
Our combined copying and research service can help you obtain copies of documents from our collections. Where consultation of original records is required, our fully trained staff can undertake research on your behalf. We answer enquiries about the content and extent of our collections without charge.
Services for depositors
We accept a wide range of archive collections for storage, preservation and public access. See our depositors page to find out more about our facilities and about transferring your records to us.
Services for data subjects
If you want access to information about yourself and you believe it is contained in the archives, find out how to access your information. Where possible, quote the document reference number(s) found on the Derbyshire Record Office catalogue.
