Derbyshire Record Office provides the archives and local studies services for the county, bringing Derbyshire's fascinating past to life for residents, visitors and students.
The Record Office is closed until further notice to protect staff and customers from contracting the coronavirus. You can email email@example.com but we are not able to receive telephone calls or post. As staff are working from home, we cannot process copying and research requests unless they are required for urgent legal reasons. We also cannot currently take new archive or local studies material but please email us if you would like to make arrangements to deposit when we reopen.
Although we are closed, we will be working on improving access to our collections online. To keep up to date with what’s happening, follow the Record Office on Twitter or read the Record Office blog.
