When visiting our libraries, we encourage you to wear a face covering, use hand sanitiser and maintain social distancing. We also have wipes available to wipe computers, self-service machines and photocopiers.
All our libraries across the county offer warm and welcoming spaces for everybody. You don’t need to be library member to visit our libraries but while you’re there it’s quick and easy to get a library card if you want to.
We have a variety of free digital resources available to all customers including ebooks, e-magazines, e-audiobooks and e-newspapers.
Many of our libraries also offer free, friendly community events for people of all ages, including book clubs, story and rhyme time for toddlers and much more.
For ideas on activities and reading please visit Derbyshire Libraries on Facebook and Derbyshire Libraries on Twitter.
