Improving Derbyshire's roads
During 2025/2026, we'll be carrying out major improvements to the county's roads and pavements as part of our £41 million capital investment programme.
We'll also invest an additional £16 million from the East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA) for pothole repairs, landslips, retaining walls, Growth Zone programmes and the development of the Key Cycle Network.
The full list of major road improvements for the county to be carried out during 2025 to 2026 are included in the Highways Capital programme attached to this page.
