Because we don’t pass on this cost to the depositor, we ask that our depositors pay for any copies that they request from their deposited archives.
We also ask that depositors contact us before depositing their archives, so we can provide information about how to prepare the archives for deposit.
Where depositors haven’t prepared the archives in advance, we may charge a fee (details of our fees and charges are attached to this page. For larger collections we may charge an additional hourly rate to weed and sort the material.
We welcome any financial donations that help us to care for your archive, such as covering the costs of packaging or cataloguing. Please speak to us if you would like to make a donation or carry out any fundraising.
