We work closely with each person and their loved ones to understand their interests, preferences and goals, creating engaging and enjoyable experiences tailored to individual needs. Also providing carers valuable respite, allowing them to rest and recharge.
Activities are designed around each person's interests and abilities and include:

We recognise the important role that good nutrition plays in maintaining health and wellbeing. Our service provides freshly prepared meals each day, with nutritionally balanced menus that support healthy living. People can choose from a range of meals and refreshments, with options tailored to individual dietary requirements.
Our dedicated, fully trained team delivers high-quality support within a fully accessible, dementia-friendly environment. We specialise in supporting people living with dementia, promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing through person-centred care and strong partnerships with families and carers.
Transport support may be available following an assessment of your needs and eligibility.
