Any types of fruit that may need using up out of your fruit bowl, for examples oranges, bananas, apples, melons, coconut, grapes, apricots and mangoes.
Yoghurts that need using up adds to the taste and thickness.
You can substitute normal milk for almond milk if you are vegan.
Try adding mint for flavouring or honey to sweeten and more yoghurt to thicken.
You can also freeze smoothies in moulds for a nice cooling treat.
