If your child was born between 1 September 2012 and 31 August 2013 and is in their final year at primary school you will need to apply for a secondary school place between 11 September 2023 and the closing date of 31 October 2023 for them to start in September 2024.

This is national offer day. If you've applied online we'll email your offer. If you do not have an email address we'll post your offer letter, second class, on this date.
No decisions can be given by phone. All councils nationwide make their offers on the same day.
