What this consultation is about
We're running a customer satisfaction survey to give customers of Derbyshire's Libraries the opportunity to tell us what they think of the services on offer.
The results will be analysed and shared on the Derbyshire County Council and Libraries websites. The findings will provide insight into what customers feel our priorities should be, and will be used to target resources and inform the future development of services.
You can complete the survey online, or pick up a paper copy from any of our libraries, mobile libraries or the home library service.
