Forthcoming changes to bus services

A summary of forthcoming changes to bus services in Derbyshire.

New timetables for revised services are published in the timetable library as soon as possible.

From Monday 22 July 2024

Ashbourne Community Transport:

  • Moorlands Connect: Geographical area and functions adjusted to improve connectivity

From Wednesday 24 July 2024

Stagecoach:

  • service 65: due to a road closure at Grindleford buses will divert between Calver (Shaldon) and Fox House and run nonstop between those points. There are no timetable changes except for areas not served on the diversion. The service is planned to resume the normal route and timetable from Wednesday 4 September 2024
  • peak sightseer blue: due to a road closure at Grindleford buses will divert between Baslow and Hathersage via Owler Bar and Fox House, calling additionally at Fox House on the diversionary route to provide connection to the 65 and a shuttle to Grindleford. There are no timetable changes except for areas not served on the diversion. The service is planned to resume the normal route and timetable from Wednesday 4 September 2024

Stagecoach:

  • PRONTO: Extra Monday to Saturday evening journeys

Trent Barton:

  • Swift: an enhanced half hourly frequency from Derby to Mayfield and earlier and later journeys to Uttoxeter. Route also revised to serve Langley Country Park once an hour and revised around Uttoxeter
