The programme of work focuses on strengthening leadership, workforce capacity, governance, operational delivery and data arrangements to ensure Family Help is embedded consistently across the partnership.
Delivery will take place in phases, with learning used to refine and inform wider roll-out.
Recruitment into key positions to provide additional capacity and leadership across the partnership into this change work, including additional capacity for Derbyshire’s stronger families team and family help service.
