Short breaks for people with a learning disability

We have 5 residential short break and life skills centres in Derbyshire where adults with a learning disability can go to enjoy a short break.


Short breaks are also known as respite or short-term care.

As well as being an opportunity for the person with a learning disability, short breaks give their family carers the chance to take a break from their caring responsibilities.
