Safety measures in our centres
Some centres will operate a one way system through the building.
Reception areas will have screens.
Face coverings (masks) are no longer a legal requirement but if possible should be worn by everyone when moving around the building.
Sanitiser will be provided to use on entry and exit and will be available to use on tables and chairs before and after use and will be used on door handles.
All rooms will be well ventilated. Windows and doors will be open.
Some rooms will be limited to a reduced number of people.
Coming back into our centres - what we'll ask you to do
Preparing to come in to a centre
Some courses will be part online and part in-centre. You'll need to complete both of these to get the most from your learning.
If you have symptoms of coronavirus, don't attend your class. Inform the centre by phone or email.
If you test positive for coronavirus after attending your course, please inform the centre straight away.
Wear warmer clothing than normal as windows and doors will be open to ensure maximum ventilation.
Take a lateral flow test before you attend a centre or twice a week if you're attending multiple times a week.
If you live in the same household as someone with COVID-19 but you're either fully vaccinated or aged under 18 years and 6 months you will not be required to self-isolate unless you are contacted by NHS Test and Trace and instructed to stay at home. Even if you do not have symptoms, you should take a PCR test as soon as possible and you should continue to take a lateral flow test before you attend a centre or twice a week if they are attending multiple times a week.
Help protect others by following the guidance on how to stay safe and help prevent the spread.
If you have any concerns about this guidance, please speak with your tutor or centre staff.
