We've made the following order - The Derbyshire County Council (The Clough, Bamford) (One-Way (Except Cycles)) Experimental Order 2026, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The order introduces an 18-month experimental order from 1 October 2026, introducing a one-way that prohibits motor vehicles proceeding in a south-westerly direction along The Clough, Bamford from a point 173 metres north-east of its junction with Taggs Knoll and Joan Lane in a north-easterly direction to its junction with New Road. The experiment runs until 31 March 2028, with the first 6 months of operation being the period of time when objections can be made to the order being made permanent.
