What this consultation is about
Derbyshire accommodation and support team is responsible for the commissioning and contracting of housing related support for people with mental health needs in Derbyshire.
We are looking at the housing related services that are provided by Rethink and the iDecide consortium (consisting of P3, Derbyshire Federation for Mental Health and Amber Trust). As part of this review we would very much like to hear your views on the services outlined and provision of support within Derbyshire.
Your feedback will tell us if the service you receive is meeting your needs, if you feel you are getting what you want from your support and it will assist us with designing future services.
