What this consultation is about
The annual employee survey is an important part of the engagement cycle that enables us to gather feedback from all employees.
Your answers help us understand the impact of any changes that are made to the way we work. It also allows us to support and enable colleagues to do their role effectively.
The survey should only be completed by current employees of Derbyshire County Council.
All responses will be summarised and only shared anonymously.
