What this consultation is about

It’s really important that we continue to understand the views and feelings of employees across the council so that they can be involved in decisions that are made about the future.

Our regular employee surveys aim to gather feedback and understand the impact of any changes that are made to the way we work.

The survey should only be completed by current employees of Derbyshire County Council.

All responses will be summarised and only shared anonymously.
