What this consultation is about
We invited comments and suggestions on elements of the plan through a series of prepared consultation strategy papers and their respective supporting papers. The papers were added to and revised to take account of your responses, on a rolling basis over the engagement period, which ran until 31 August 2015. We started to look at comments on the first batch of papers from June 2015.
All your comments and suggestions will inform the draft plan, before it is published and then examined by an independent inspector next year.
