What this consultation is about
Following cabinet approval, we ran a 10-week consultation from 21 February 2022 to seek the views of those that have a community alarm service only (and not a wider package of care), to seek their views on the proposals to review the service.
We have become aware that an administration error arose as part of the scoping exercise carried out that means a number of individuals, including yourself, were not sent the intended letter. We now need to undertake a targeted consultation with those individuals affected to allow them the opportunity to give their views. The consultation will now run again from Tuesday 20 September 2022 to Monday 28 November 2022. All those that have been impacted have been sent a letter.
