The information provided will only be processed for the purpose of responding to enquiries about highways maintenance activity under our Highways Capital Program. It will not be processed for any other purpose.

Who receives the information
This information may be shared with contractors working on our behalf in order that they can respond directly to you. It will not be shared with any other third parties unless required by law. The information provided including any special category data, if given, will not be used for marketing purposes or to take any automated decisions.
How long we keep the information
The information provided will be kept for six years in accordance with our retention policy for management of enquiries.
