The rooms we have available for marriage ceremonies are suitable for a range of weddings from an intimate occasion with say, 20 guests, to the 250 guests who can be accommodated in the council's formal Council Chamber.

This grand and lofty room offers tiered seating arranged in concentric crescents and can accommodate up to 250 people.
You'll need to book a registrar to conduct your wedding at County Hall.

Opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 1pm to 4.45pm.
You'll also need to contact the local register office in the district you live in, to give notice of your marriage.
