Role profiles have replaced the thousands of different job descriptions we used to have.
Your job is in a job family and you can see where your job fits within the relevant role profile of the family and your objectives (under My Plan) will be set within the role profile.
Job families and role profiles do not affect you in terms of where you work or who you work for. You may belong in one family and your manager in another.
When you start a new job your manager will discuss your role profile with you as part of your induction.
