You'll need to be able to carry out tasks quickly and competently, follow instructions, use your initiative and work in a team.
The tasks you may be involved in during your placement are:
- helping to prepare basic food
- helping unload deliveries from suppliers
- organising the storeroom
- washing kitchen work surfaces
You’ll learn about food hygiene, health and safety, and food preparation techniques.
