What we offer
- Expert advisory support -we specialise in school visits. It is all we do. All our advice is tailored to meet the individual needs of each school. This ensures trips are safe and that they meet the relevant legal, safety and safeguarding requirements. Many other school visit service providers leave schools to find this support themselves.
- A comprehensive training package. This includes:
- educational visits co-ordinator (EVC) training and updates, every 3 years
- visit leader training
- inclusion training
- visit safety training for all school staff involved in school visits (delivered at your school)
- online e-learning training modules
- YouTube channel
- Support documents and templates - access to a suite of guidance documents and risk assessment templates to save you time and reduce your administrative burden.
- Regular updates - for example, changes to national guidance and legislation.
- Access to Evolve - our online trip monitoring and approval system.
- Peace of mind- all outdoor education, residential, and overseas visits are given additional scrutiny by our qualified advisors.
