Helping adults who need learning most

We work with local charities, community groups, and council services to support adults in Derbyshire who may not have easy access to learning.

Our focus is on helping people who:

  • Feel learning isn’t for them
  • Want to improve their wellbeing
  • Need support to move towards further learning or work
  • Want to get a better job

Why partnerships matter

By working with organisations that know their communities well, we can:

  • Reach those who are often left out
  • Offer learning that fits real needs
  • Help people build confidence and skills

Together, we support people to develop:

  • Resilience
  • Confidence
  • Better mental and physical wellbeing

Learning that makes a difference

We offer learning that helps adults take the next step in life. This could be:

  • Training for a new job
  • Improving basic skills
  • Personal growth
  • Helping parents support their children’s learning

Who we work with

We’ve partnered with:

  • Schools
  • Mental health teams
  • Groups supporting people with learning disabilities
