Our programmes combine practical workplace experience with tailored learning, ensuring apprentices gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to excel in their role.
Apprentices are allocated a dedicated work-based tutor who will liaise with employers to ensure delivery meets the requirements of the job role and can offer support throughout the apprenticeship journey.
Flexible blended learning combines online classes, face to face support and regular workplace visits from experienced tutors throughout the programme.
We build long-term relationships with employers, currently working closely with Derbyshire employers in schools, nurseries and local government to offer a range of apprenticeship standards.
