New employer forms
New employer forms have been designed to be more user-friendly for employers and aim to reduce the numbers which have to be returned. These forms include areas that auto-populate and activate sections specific to the type of case you are notifying us about. As a result the new forms will only be accepted if they have been completed electronically.
Important information for pensioners changing their bank details
To change the bank details of a pension you are receiving from us, please complete a change of bank details form or contact the Pensions Payroll Team tel: 01629 535119.
