The Well for Work Programme is part-funded by the European Union through the European Social Fund (ESF).
When it comes to work, individuals can face a variety of different barriers, whether it's mental health or financial struggles, special educational needs or disabilities, substance misuse or are perhaps without English as a first language, as part of the Well for Work programme you will be provided with the personalised help you need to feel confident and supported through your employment journey.
For those who aren't ready to jump straight into work, individual support can be offered to develop confidence, skills and the ability to enter employment as a longer term goal.

- qualifications, including English, maths and a range of other qualifications
- work programme assistance
- wellbeing and therapy services
- housing support, financial advice and travel assistance
