Lost, damaged or stolen Gold Cards

If your Gold Card has been lost, damaged or stolen you should contact the local district or borough council that issued the card.

They will already have your details on file so you will not need to supply another application form or photograph. Please note there is a £5 charge for a replacement card unless your card has been stolen.

Once you have reported it missing to the police you should be issued with a crime reference number. You should give this to prove that your Gold Card has been stolen and the fee should be waived.

If you think your photograph is out of date and not a good likeness you can get a new one taken, free-of-charge, at a photography session at your local district or borough council office.
