All documents are available to download from East Mids Tenders and it is recommended that operators register on this site so they receive notifications of any contracts that might be of interest. All contracted school bus services will be advertised on Source Derbyshire and published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).
Operators who wish to submit tenders will be required to complete and return documentation to be included on the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). Compliant operators will then be invited to an e-auction where they will have the opportunity to bid against other operators for individual services. Further advice, and training, will be available to operators throughout the process.
