Organisations who are interested in running a community managed mobile library service should initially complete a community engagement questionnaire. It is advised, however, that you read the information pack and attend one of the open days before completing the questionnaire.
The information gathered from the open days and questionnaires will be used to inform the processes required to transfer the mobile library service to community management. The questionnaires will not be assessed.

The open days for those interested in running the mobile libraries have now passed but you can still submit a community engagement questionnaire.
Deadlines for community engagement questionnaires
The deadline for submitting a questionnaire is midday on 12 August 2019.
Groups who submit a questionnaire will be kept informed of our progress in planning the next stage of the process.
Communities will also be kept informed as to the progress of their community-managed mobile library service.
