Information for parents / guardians and course members

Information for parents

With more than 60 years experience in providing residential outdoor activity courses, there are few special needs or requirements that we have not encountered.

White Hall prides itself on trying to include everyone and make everybody's stay as comfortable and happy as we possibly can.

If your child is coming with their school or group you should be sent the general information about the course direct from the course organiser, but information for course members is attached.

If your child is attending one of our individual courses you can look at or download the general course information from the activities for young people page.

We always try to accommodate all special requirements.

We regularly cater for:

  • diabetics
  • nut allergies (from minor to severe)
  • other food allergies
  • lactose free
  • gluten free
  • food intolerances
  • dairy free
  • faddy eaters.

The housekeeper generally contacts parents or guardians of students with any dietary requirements to organise suitable meals.

If there is something that we haven't covered on this page or issues you would like to discuss further please do not hesitate to contact us.
