Proposed relocation of day services from Underhall Resource Centre to Meadow View Community Care Centre, Darley Dale

Status: Results available

Opens: 30 June 2014 - Closes: 11 August 2014

What this consultation is about

We aim to provide innovative and flexible local day services that improve the health, wellbeing, independence and inclusion in the community of our clients.

We are committed to working in partnership with clients, their family, carers and other stakeholders to develop an individualised personal support plan that promotes independence, wellbeing and participation for all our clients. Future day services will be reflective of the needs within the local area and also take into account other existing local services.

Our proposal is to move the current day service and respite care provided at Underhall Resource Centre to the new Meadow View Community Care Centre in Darley Dale. The proposed facility will continue to offer specialist daycare services, delivered by us.

The consultation is now closed. A report was presented to Cabinet, 2 December 2014, agenda item 11.
