Proposed relocation of day services from Clay Cross Resource Centre to Smithybrook View

Status: Results available

Opens: 24 June 2014 - Closes: 4 August 2014

What this consultation is about

We aim to provide innovative and flexible local day services that improve the health, wellbeing, independence and inclusion in the community of our clients.

We are committed to working in partnership with clients, their family carers and other stakeholders to develop an individualised personal support plan that promotes independence, wellbeing and participation for all our clients. Future day services will be reflective of the needs within the local area and also take into account other existing local services.

Our proposal is to move the current day services at Clay Cross Resource Centre to Smithybrook View. The proposed facility will continue to offer specialist daycare services, delivered by us. The welcome leaflet attached to this page has an overview.

The consultation is now closed. A report was presented to Cabinet, 20 January 2015, agenda item 12.
