What this consultation is about
We want to know what people think of our proposals to make a legal order to prevent cars, 4x4s and other motorised vehicles from using Jacob’s Ladder between The Nook and New Road in Stoney Middleton.
Jacob’s Ladder is a narrow countryside route which has very few places for vehicles to pass each other or other users – including walkers, horse-riders and cyclists.
We apologise if you’ve already given us your views about our proposals during the consultation we held during May and June – but it’s really important that you take part again to make sure your comments are taken into consideration.
This is because we made an administrative error during the consultation which means all the comments previously made cannot be taken into account. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
