What this consultation is about
The purpose of this short survey is to gather information from key colleagues who provide the NHS health check programme in Derbyshire. The information will form part of a Health Equity Audit (HEA) being undertaken by us to identify why some people have better access to NHS health checks than others. The overall objective is to then tackle any observed inequalities by allocating resources fairly, that is according to actual need of different groups, rather than uniformity across an entire population.
