What this consultation is about
This survey was produced by our approved mental health professional (AMHP) team. An AMHP carries out duties under the Mental Health Act including coordinating Mental Health Act assessments. We wanted the views of the service receivers who had recently received an assessment under the Mental Health Act.
We hope to use the results of the adult care Mental Health Act assessment survey to make improvements. We'll publish the results of the survey later in the summer.
