Changing Places facilities in Derbyshire

Status: Results available

Opens: 21 July 2014 - Closes: 18 November 2014

Changing Places

What this consultation is about

Changing Places are large accessible toilets that have a hoist and a changing couch and lots of space for assistance.

We wanted to find out whether the people who need to use changing places in Derbyshire, their families, friends and carers, are aware of them and where they are located. We also wanted to find out what people think about the way they are publicised and whether people would like to receive further information about Changing Places in Derbyshire.

There’s a new charity in Derbyshire called Accessible Derbyshire who, among other things, are promoting Changing Places facilities and fundraising for equipment for new facilities.

This consultation is now closed. The results of the consultation are attached to this page.
