About Bourne's Restaurant

Bourne's Restaurant/Tea rooms offer a selection of hot and cold drinks and a wide range of freshly baked cakes (including gluten free and introducing a new healthier cake option). Our salad box provides a variety of freshly prepared salads using only fresh local ingredients and low fat mayonnaise. Freshly oven baked jacket potatoes with a variety of healthy options for the fillings. A wide range of sandwiches, wraps and Paninis. Fresh home made soups. A hot menu offer made with locally sourced ingredients ranging from quiches, roasts, pies, stews etc... all made with reduced salt and fat contents. Bourne's is our family friendly restaurant with a coffee and snacks counter, and tempting lunch menu. Sample the famous Vegetarian Homity Pie, along with meaty Derbyshire Dishes, Denby blend coffee and delicious homemade cakes. The restaurant is self service with choice of seating areas, including main restaurant, roof terrace, outdoor picnic benches, and the upstairs Danesby Room. The Danesby Room can be booked for meetings and private celebrations(please contact us for details). Bourne's also has a free WiFi connection and soft seating areas.'

Use or offer non processed vegetables or salad. Incorporate, where appropriate for the dish, pulses, including lentils or beans in dishes like soups, stews, curries, stir fries and rice.
