Master planning and site development, interior design and space planning, landscape architecture, and access audits are also available.
Structural engineering and land surveying
We provide a comprehensive service in all aspects of the design, repair and maintenance of existing and new building structures.
We deliver legislative reporting and monitoring of energy and water usage throughout the authority including the Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) and production of display energy certificate (DECS).
We also offer an energy and water consumption advisory service.
Mechanical and electrical design
We are committed to delivering an excellent service combined with value for money from the outset of a project.
We have qualified and experienced engineers who are able to assess and advise the client and other members of the design team on the most cost-effective strategies for achieving a sustainable design.

Quantity surveying, cost planning and project management
We are able to provide cost advice and control throughout the feasibility, pre-contract and post contract phases of projects. Advice can be given on construction costs, procurement options and strategies as well as pre and post-contract financial management. We provide client support on all aspects of project delivery.
Disability design team
We have a team of specialist design technicians who design and manage adaptations to private and social housing, so that disabled and elderly people to retain their independence in their own homes.
