Nominated beneficiaries
You can nominate a co-habiting partner to receive a pension in the event of your death.Any pension paid is based on membership from 5 April 1988. To be able to make a nomination, certain conditions have to apply.
Death Grant Nomination
A lump sum payment of three times annual pay is made if a member dies in service, no matter how short a period they may have paid into the scheme.
You can nominate who receives the lump sum payment on death.
This can be paid to more than one person or group, as long as the total percentage equals 100 per cent.
