If your enquiry is about joining the scheme, paying more to increase your benefits, leaving the scheme before retirement age or transferring benefits you need to call the Transfers and Compensation Team on one of the following extensions: 7881, 7882, 7883, 7889, 7896.

If your enquiry is about retirement, death or dependant's benefits you need to call the Benefits Team on one of the following extensions: 7884, 7885, 7861, 7865.
