If your enquiry is about joining the scheme, paying more to increase your benefits, leaving the scheme before retirement age or transferring benefits you need to call Transfers and Support team, tel: 01629 538900.
If your enquiry is about estimates, retirement, death or dependant's benefits you need to call Benefits, tel: 01629 538815.
Pensioners
If you are in receipt of a pension and your enquiry is about your pension payments you need to call pensions payroll.
If you need to contact the tax office call 0845 302 1413 - you will need your National Insurance (NI) number quoting reference 507/D2.
If you change your address or the bank or building society account that your pension is paid into; either Call Derbyshire 08 456 058 058 and ask for a form or use the change of address or change of bank details form/s in the related documents section.
If you work again in a job covered by the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) either Call Derbyshire 08 456 058 058 and ask for a form or use the Re-employment form in the related documents section.
