e-claiming mileage
There's a new way to claim mileage and subsistence expenses.
Shortly you will be able to claim your expenses online through your workplace PC by clicking on the icon Network Car Email.
You are able to claim online when the icon appears on your PC. Departmental admin and personnel officers will be informed when this facility will be available.
The main advantage of this system is that payment can be made in the following month rather than waiting two months with the paper claim form.
To claim online read the instructions "claiming mileage and subsistence expenses online".
