If you have a query on your pay or pension payment, the first thing is to decide who to contact. It may not be the Shared Services Centre, for although we work closely with employing departments and the Inland Revenue, you may find that your query needs to be raised directly with them.
If you have a query on the payment of your expenses for travel or subsistence, click on mileage and subsistence for further information.

If you wish to query your pay out of office hours, you can contact Call Derbyshire. Details of your query will be forwarded to either the Shared Services Centre or your Departmental Personnel Section. Should your query need to be raised elsewhere, you will be given advice on who to contact.
Monday to Friday - 8am to 9am and 5pm to 8pm
Saturday - 9.30am to 4pm

To help us deal promptly with your query, you should always quote your payroll reference number which can be found under your name on your payslip.
