This page contains the exit questionnaire and guidance for managers on the exit process.
The exit process guidelines are attached to this page.
The exit process provides an opportunity for resigning employees to give feedback on their experience as a council employee. All resigning employees receive an exit questionnaire and the offer of an exit meeting, although neither is mandatory. Employees can choose to complete the exit questionnaire anonymously if they prefer.
The exit questionnaire sets out what employees will be asked when they leave us.
The exit process guidelines advise managers on:
- what they should do when an employee resigns
- what types of issues should be discussed at an exit meeting.
