What is Civil Parking Enforcement (CPE)?

Civil Parking Enforcement (CPE) is a Government initiative that allows the police to put more money into fighting crime as it transfers the responsibility for parking enforcement from the police to us. Parking contraventions are no longer classified as a criminal offence.
