Licenses for road closures and temporary traffic signals
You can apply for a road closure and/or temporary traffic signal licence by filling in a form and emailing it to us.
Licenses for road closures and permission to erect temporary traffic signals on a public road can be applied for by contacting:

Please complete the attached form and email to the relevant officer along with any additional information; if you are unsure about your application it is advisable to contact us for advice before submitting an application.
Road closures for special events are however usually dealt with by district councils rather than county councils.
