Derbyshire public transport news and notices

• Good Friday 2 April: Most bus services in Derbyshire will run to the normal Friday timetables, but a few (mostly in the North-Western part of Derbyshire) will run to special timetables, whilst a number will run to the Saturday times.
• Easter Monday 5 April: Most bus services will run to the Sunday timetables.

Derby's new Bus Station opens on Sunday 28 March 2010
The new Derby Bus Station in Morledge will open on Sunday 28 March 2010, and from that date many bus services to and from Derby City Centre will terminate there instead of in the nearby streets.

The services affected are numbers 4, 6·1, 6·2, 6·3, 6·4, 6·X, 7·1, 7·3, 9, 20, 22, 24, 26, 36, 37, 38, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 59, 60, 61, 73, 108, 109, “Allestree”, “Black Cat”, “Ilkeston Flyer”, “Indigo”, “Mickleover”, “One”, “Red Arrow”, “Spondon Flyer”, “Skylink”, “Transpeak”, V1, V2, V3 and X17, and National Express coaches.

New edition of the North East Derbyshire bus timetable book
A new February 2010 edition of the North East Derbyshire bus timetable book has been published, and will shortly be available from local sales outlets for £1.50. For details of local outlets, see the Timetable Sales Points list in the related documents section.
