Making Links
Making Links is a project team responsible for a number of projects aimed at inmproving information sharing and multi-agency working for children and young people.
The projects delivered by the Making Links team include:
The Common Assessment Framework (CAF), Team Around the Child and the role of the Lead Professional
The electronic enablement of CAF
ContactPoint
Children's Social Care case management and recording system Frameworki. This conforms to a national specification called the Integrated Children's System (ICS).
These project are driven by the Every Child Matters agenda and assist agencies the Derbyshire Children's Trust to fulfill their responsibilities to work together as set out in the Children Act 2004.
